I’m heard the saying “a new year a new me” at least a million times so far this year. This year, I’m shooting for a healthier me. I tried to lose weight with a healthier diet… but that is not always an option. (She says as she eats ramen for lunch) <—- See, told you!
I have been walking/jogging, but haven't had a ton of progress. I'm the biggest I've ever been, and that scares me.
With that being said, I decided that just walking isn't enough. Soooo, interwebs here I come! I went looking for an exercise plan that I could do at home without any equipment. I looked at a TON of plans, but they were all to strenuous (I admit it, I'm overweight and need to start slow). I finally came across this one: http://m.imgur.com/gallery/FkVrO
It has beginner, intermediate and advance options! It is awesome! If I dont have time to do anything when I wake-up, I can still totally do these before bed! I went over the whole thing, and it’s stuff I can do!
